Quaint restaurant in Steinhude. Reservation also essential on weekdays during the season. We ordered 3 different dishes. All were tasty. Price / performance is within the normal scope of a vacation spot. Service worked quickly. No long waiting times, although all seats are taken.

Very nice service, delicious food, rustic atmosphere. There are different types of fish with delicious homemade side dishes. But meat eaters don't starve here either😉

Had a wonderful meal here to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Service was excellent and the food was fantastic.

Unfortunately, our food was not really good, everything was not hot but rather cool, the fish usually, the tartar sauce possibly from the tube as there were not even pieces of cucumber to be found. Even the baked potato was cold. Too bad.

Gladly again. We had a fish dish with boiled potatoes and spinach and the lumberjack steak with crispy fried potatoes. Both were delicious and perfectly cooked. The friendly conditions brought the drinks and food to our table quickly, even though it was very busy. The menu is very lovingly designed. The rustic furnishings with rustic charm and the small rooms create a cozy atmosphere in which one likes to linger. Tip: It is best to reserve a table for the evening.

The food was delicious and nicely presented. Large selection of fish, but also something for meat lovers. The only drawback was the space on the terrace, right next to the parking lot. Service staff were very nice and accommodating. I can only recommend the restaurant.

Nice location with friendly staff. The schnitzel was delicious. The salmon fillet, the fried potatoes and the potato salad were delicious, but unfortunately a bit bland. The prices are completely okay for the location and the food. At the moment, I would have liked the staff to tell guests to put on their masks when they go in and out. Conclusion: Gladly again. Will be recommended.

The food was good. I ordered fried fish and got breaded, (it's not mine) but maybe I should have asked beforehand what fried means. The fried potatoes for two were far too few. There are no children's plates. You can get a smaller portion from the normal plate.

Super delicious mixed salad with pikeperch fillet. Price and taste match, portion could be a bit larger for a "large salad plate with pikeperch fillet"

Food was good but the portion was too small for the prices called. The amount of fish was OK. There was homemade tartar sauce and potato salad, which I had to share with my wife. This was about three tablespoons for everyone, the only side dish quite a bit.

Food tasted delicious, but very simple, quick cuisine, more reminiscent of a snack than restaurant fries, it felt like eating full, but for me it was more of a waste of food, since we only ate a fraction of it. This also applies to the food, value for money was reasonable, but a smaller portion would have been enough for less money.

Super good food! Very nice and courteous service. We would love to come back and would recommend the restaurant at any time. We ate the trout miller art and the pikeperch in the cardinal style and found both really excellent!
